Treatment of Cholelithiasis

该科是山东省特色专科，1969年由已故王训熲院长创建。对胆石成分、成因的研究及胆石病的治疗在国内处于领先水平。该科率先在山东省开展了纤维胆道镜、纤维十二指肠镜的检查与治疗；率先在青岛市开展了腹腔镜手术、肝动脉介入检查与治疗；对复杂胆石病、重症胰腺炎、高位胆管癌及肝癌的手术和射频治疗达国内先进水平。2003年，成功地开展了肝脏移植手术。2007年在省内首先开展免气腹腹腔镜肝肿瘤切除术。

学科学术带头人：许评，男，主任医师、教授、哈尔滨医科大学及山东大学研究生导师。兼任中国医院协会医疗技术应用管理委员会常务委员、多家国家级杂志编委等职。擅长肝、胆、胰、脾疑难疾病及良、恶性肿瘤的诊治，熟练掌握腹腔镜、胆道镜、肝癌的射频消融及胰岛移植等技术。2004年率先在国内完成人胚胎及成人胰岛联合移植治疗1型糖尿病的病例。该项目获三项省级课题支持，一项国家自然基金课题支持，获省级科技进步奖两项，共发表论文六十余篇。 

This department，been founded  by  deceased  famous sergeon Xungeng Wang ( former director of hospital) in 1969, is a specialty clinic in Shandong Province, and a national leader in the study of components, causes and treatment of gallstones. Specialty areas of the clinic include examination and treatment via fiber choledochoscope and fiber duodenoscope, laparoscopic surgery and hepatic-artery interventional examination and treatment. It leads the country in these aspects of surgery and radio-frequency treatment of complicated cholelithiasis, severe pancreatitis, hilar cholangiocarcinoma and hepatic cancer. In 2003, it successfully carried out a liver transplant operation. In 2007, it is the first to perform laparoscopic operation of hepatic tumor section without Artificial Pneumoperitoneum in shandong province.
